Who we are
This website is run by The Garden Club Hire Limited, based in Cheadle (SK8). Contact us at bryn@thegardenclubhire.co.uk or on 07811 035078.
What we collect
When you use the booking form we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email, party date, postcode, the club and hire type you are interested in, guest numbers and anything you write in the message box. If you call, email or WhatsApp us, we keep that conversation.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, check availability, quote and arrange your booking. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and then performing that contract.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, which processes them on our behalf. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your booking and any follow-up, and booking records for as long as the law requires for our accounts.

Your rights
